The
Home offers a unique opportunity to live in your own private
flat with all the benefits of a residential care home
or to choose an attractive en-suite bedroom.
We provide a relaxed, homely and secure life for residents
in their latter years.
Fees
include all care, food, heating and laundry carried out
within the home. Personal items such as newspapers, chiropody,
hairdressing and toiletries are the only additional expenses
for residents.
We pride ourselves in providing good home cooking, nutritious
and well balanced meals. Personal preferences or special
diets can be catered for.
Day care is available and respite and short stays can
be arranged according to availability.
We are inspected by the Care Quality Commission,
a copy of our latest inspection report is available as
part of our Service User Guide, which gives detailed information
about the facilities and services we offer. Please ask
if you would like a copy.
We offer a 24 hour service, run with devoted, friendly
and experienced staff to provide a comfortable and homely
life for the residents.
Guidance is given towards Optician, Dentist, Chiropodists,
etc as well as registration with local Doctors. In house
visits can be arranged.
Up to date electronic equipment has been installed to
comply with the latest code of practice regarding fire
regulations.
A lift operates between floors. Adequate parking space
is available for visitors.
For residents recreation we offer games, outings, musical
entertainment, exercise and social evenings.
Television points are installed in all rooms and residents
who so wish may have their own telephone line if required.
We have a variety of single rooms with their own bathroom
and suites which provide their own bedroom, living room,
bathroom and kitchenette. Residents can personalise their
own rooms. Small items of furniture and pictures are welcome.
All visitors are welcome without an appointment, we only
ask that visitors avoid meal times.
